One home for every team, and every client
Give your teams and their AI agents a shared place for memory, tools, keys and scheduled work. Run it across departments or client organizations, with each one's data kept apart and clear rules for who can change what.
Built by your people. Kept by Minion.
Your agents build the tools. Minion keeps the code, keys and data together, and keeps the work running on a schedule, from an email, or from a webhook, long after the chat closes.
Packages your whole team can use
An agent saves a working script as a package. Anyone in the organization, with whichever agent they prefer, can find it and run it.
Work that runs on its own
Jobs run on a schedule, and packages can react to a webhook or an email arriving in the team inbox. Every run is logged, with its errors kept for triage.
Shared memory and tasks
Memories, notes and a shared task board mean the next person, or the next agent, picks up where the last one stopped.
Your agency runs it. Your client owns it.
Give each client its own organization for their workflows, keys and data. Keep your team in it for ongoing work, or add the client as an owner and step back when the engagement ends.
Nothing crosses between organizations
Each organization has its own packages, secrets, connections, inbox address, memories and runs. A key stored for one client is never visible to another.
Switch clients in one click
One login for every organization you belong to. Your agent works in whichever one you have selected.
Their data, theirs to take
Owners can export everything their organization holds as JSON, or delete the organization outright.
The right access for each person
A clear history, no loose ends
See who ran or changed the work, and change your team without breaking it.
An activity log
Sign-ins, invitations, key changes and publishes are recorded per organization, and every run keeps its logs and result.
Remove a teammate, keep the tools
Removing someone ends their access to that organization. The packages, jobs and notes they built stay with the client.
Bring any agent
Claude, Cursor, Codex or ChatGPT connect over MCP. Your people keep their preferred agent, and the work lives in Minion, not in one chat.
Questions teams ask
How do I set up a client?
Create an organization for them, invite your team and the client's people, and pick each person's role. Each organization gets its own inbox address, keys and data.
Can my agent see our API keys?
No. Secrets are stored server-side and used by name. An owner or admin approves which hosts each key may be sent to, and keys only ever travel over https.
Is billing per organization?
Yes. Each organization has its own plan and usage, managed by its owners and admins.
